Hach, here's the summer. For a few days he is finally back and invites you to barbecue and ice cream. That's why the kitchen stayed relatively cold with me in the last few days. We were either with friends or grilled, as the weather is, ne Zorra? 😉

This has accumulated a bit of what's left of my fridge, which now had to be processed. And what about a bunch of vegetables closer than not a quiche, but a quick soup to conjure up, which I can take tomorrow as well as good lunch with the office.
The whole thing is also ratzfatz prepared, so that you can quickly jump back into the sun.
Pretty, the soup is not, but the more aromatic!

I'm working at full speed on my cookbook project and gradually creating a recipe database for home use, but I just have too many books with too many recipes. When asked what food there is today, so I remembered nothing and the best man had to think and choose something...

Actually, I had actually already started the autumn with my plum cake, but now I jump back to the summer fruit. I am as changeable as this summer itself. This year I had my problems with peaches and nectarines. Either the stuff was so mushy and no longer edible or stick hard and was not soft. The only delicious peaches I've had this year, I've made as a sweet side dish to the ricotta pancakes. Whe...

Just in time for the slowly worsening weather, I am also slowly in soup mood. What did we have for a wonderful November in Cologne! There was exactly one rainy day and there it just rippled for a short time. Can you imagine that? In the whole of November I did not even have an umbrella with me! When I recited the "November" poem by Heinrich Seidel as a child, I could not even fervently recite this...
